George Zanaros, M.D. Dr. George Zanaros is board-certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His areas of expertise include Dr. Zanaros is a native of the capital district. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University and his Medical Degree from Albany Medical College. He then completed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Albany Medical Center. He received fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Zanaros is a member and candidate fellow of the following professional societies:
Dr. Zanaros is affiliated with Albany Medical Center, St. Peter's Hospital, Albany Memorial Hospital, and the Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center. He sees patients at the Albany and Saratoga offices.
